Glen Cove Police Officer Ted Karousos received a Distinguished Service Award from the Nassau County Municipal Police Chief’s Association at a special reception hosted by the organization. This award is presented to one officer from each Nassau County Police Department for overall outstanding performance throughout the course of a year.

“Teddy Karousos embodies the virtues and qualities expected of a Glen Cove Police Officer,” said Glen Cove Police Chief William Whitton. “His dedication and commitment to the community made him a natural choice to receive this honor. “
